Concept Alloys now stocks tubing formerly known as Hoskins 126 alloy, also known as the sheath alloy for Hoskins MI-2300 cable. This patented alloy is made exclusively for Concept Alloys, and is now marketed as Chromel^® 126.

Chromel 126 has outstanding high temperature corrosion resistance and is an excellent choice for a sheaths or protection tubes for Type K and other base metal thermocouples. It is also suitable for the production of mineral insulated cable. Chromel 126 is well suited to a variety of other high temperature applications where long life and excellent oxidation resistance is important.
